Violet Spirit
Virtues: Re-Queering Our Flag
A 3D illustration responding to the work of poet Elijah East [@elijah.east_], who compiled a zine of his poetry work responding to the Pride flag. Each poem conveyed a specific colour from the flag, and collaborated with an artist or illustrator to create a visual representation of the piece. I was given the colour violet and Elijah’s poem ‘Violet Spirit’ which discussed finding yourself on the dancefloor.
