LUSCIOUS
I began my foray into 3D design using the (now discontinued) Adobe Fuse to build an avatar that would represent my DJ alias ‘LUSCIOUS’, imagining him as the resident DJ of a virtual reality rave in the not so distant future.
The concept of the virtual reality rave that the character comes from is called ‘XTRAVA:GANZA’ and was the inspiration behind my Sable Radio show which I have hosted since 2019. The show explores heavy, euphoric club music from the fringes of electronic music as well as the sounds of rave’s origins. It is currently on hiatus however I hope to return to radio in 2025.
Whilst I have moved away from radio and the virtual reality DJ concept, I have continued to develop my visual identity, using the avatar for promo photos and guest mix artwork to help build a brand.
